No heat
You know it's cold when:
a) Your feet are so cold that when you step into the hot shower you scream because you're feet are burning from the shock.
b) Whenever you are in your apartment you are in long sleeves, pants, socks, and have a huge blanket wrapped around you.
c) You are wearing a super-padded bra, tank top, and long-sleeved shirt and you can still see your nips.
d) All of the above.

well that suggest u just have big "nips". but if it makes u feel better it hasn't been over freezing for 3 days now and its windy and it's about 80% humidity... fun! :-p
girl, there IS heat! you have to go to the switch box in the kitchen and turn the two switches that control the heat to "on". then turn on the heater that's next to the glass-sliding door by using the switch next to the hallway by your room. i'm sorry you've been so cold! you have to keep the switches turned off when you're not using the heat, though. otherwise, you pay for the heat even though you're not using it. trust me - i was paying $150/month before i found that out.
